How long will it take for my order to be shipped to me?

What is your return policy?
Purchased items can be returned up to seven days after receiving them. If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee and the shipping costs to and from your delivery address.
What should I do if I provided the wrong shipping address?
Please immediately contact us with the correct address. You will be responsible for a consignment fee.
What should I do if my product has a defect?
Save the box the item was shipped in and the Purchase Order number, which will help us send you a part that matches the finish of the purchased cage. Send any photos you can take of the defective part and email it to us, and either email or call us about the defective part. We will promptly send you a replacement part.
What should I do if my product was damaged in shipping?
Do not initiate a claim with the carrier service. Sign for the item if the damage is minimal, but refuse the delivery if the damage is extensive. Save the box the item was shipped in (if you accepted the delivery) and the Purchase Order number, which will help us send you a part (or new item) that matches the finish of the purchased cage. Send any photos you can take of the damaged part and email it to us, and either email or call us about the damaged item. We will promptly send you a replacement part or an entirely new cage, depending on the extent of the damage.
What would happen if I wanted to cancel my order before it shipped?
Any cancellations after 24 hours of ordering the item will be result in a 15% restocking fee.
